“A few weeks ago I reached out to my FB friends to ask for any leads on digitizing old videos (lots of them). Nextdoor led me to a post by Mark Swirsky, a photographer located in Needham and the Berkshires. He happened to be a FB friend who I must have run into in the Real Estate world at one time or another. After speaking to Mark I found out that he was a classmate of my brother in law who lives in Pittsfield and that he photographed my niece's wedding. Long story short, I hired Mark. I met him at his sister's house in Needham and left him with a huge box of tapes to transfer. The best part was that he told me not to watch them before handing them off as often times the tapes will get ruined. I had no idea what was on many of these tapes. A few weeks later Mark delivered to my home 3 flash drives containing hours of video. It is amazing! I have laughed and cried as I have watched the past 30+ years of my family’s life.
